My wife Jennifer and I spent the morning with you last Friday, Jan 13. We just had an incredible time !!! Thanks for your hospitality and your wonderful dogs. We will always cherish that experience -- we fufilled a dream we had had for a long time. Great weather, fresh snow, beautiful, well-conditioned, well-trained dogs, wonderful scenery -- well, like they say, it just doesn't get much better than that. Chris made us feel right at home. His skill, as well as his love for the dogs, is admirable. Those two hours created a cherished memory that will last a lifetime.

Lake
Louise
In
Lake Louise we offer trips ranging from a half hour introductory
ride to a 1 1/2 - 2 hour foray to the Continental Divide.
While the half hour trip is just a teaser, the Divide trip
covers over 16 kilometers. Guests have the opportunity to
get to know the dogs, their guides, learn the basics of
driving a team – and are encouraged to drive the team
home!
Departure Times
Our longer tours depart at 9:30 in the morning, noon and
2:00 in the afternoon. Our half hour trip departs at 4 pm.
Gear
Our comfortable sleds can accommodate two adults and a small
child, providing total weight does not exceed 400 pounds.
For those of us who can be described as robust, we recommend
separate sleds for a more enjoyable sledding experience.
Your
sled has comfortable foam cushions and warm sleeping bags.
However, please remember our dogs have fur coats for a reason,
and although you don’t need or want a fur coat, you
must dress for the cold temperatures of -20 degrees Fahrenheit
between December and February. A hat is essential, as is
a neck warmer which will, if necessary, cover your face.
Warm boots are highly recommended, especially for the Divide
trip when you are driving the team home.
